AZORES BUGGY TOURS

Your adventure begins in Ponta Delgada, where you’ll be fully briefed in how to operate the buggy, before departing along with your friendly and fully trained guide. You’ll take a mixture of beautiful winding country roads and farmers tracks through lush green pastures lined with flowers. Slowly ascending up towards the volcanic complex of Sete Cidades. You’ll have the opportunity to stop and take in the amazing vistas at many points, including the ancient aqueduct in the foothills of Sete Cidades and miradouro do Pico do Carvão, which offers incredible views of both the North and South coast lines! Once reaching the pinnacle of the crater and taken in the incredible sights of the famous green and blue lakes, you’ll descend into the crater to really experience it.

The full day option includes a traditional lunch in the village of Sete Cidades and one of the most famous, but not always so easy to find, viewpoints from the top of the crater!
