Day 1
Transfer from the airport on São Miguel Island to the 5* Octant Hotel prior to a day of unwinding and exploring the historic city of Ponta Delgada.

Just a short stroll along the promenade and your boat awaits. You'll be thoroughly briefed and then shown to your seat for your half day whale and dolphin watching experience.

DAy 3
Free day to maybe take a tour and see some of the breathtaking views over the volcanic crater lakes.
DAy 4
It's time for a dip! It's time to get up close and personal with the wild dolphins. You'll be thoroughly briefed and supplied with the right clothing, snorkel and a mask before being gently sliding over the side of the boat as these magnificent marine mammals dart, swim and play around you. Absolutely exhilarating.
DAy 6
Free day to maybe take a transfer to Furnas town to experience the volcanic hot springs and the fabulous Cozido lunch (Meat and vegetables slow cooked for 6-8 hours inside a steaming volcanic vent) Definitely not to be missed!
DAy 7
A day to relax by the pool and maybe sign up for a therapeutic massage in the privacy of your hotel room.
DAy 8
Check out and transfers to the airport.
